He then directs buyers to the most appropriate company for consideration. He utilizes his years of experience in matching buyers to business opportunities.

    He works with both Seller and Buyer, in negotiating the sale. His business acumen abundantly qualifies him to lead negotiations, offering assistance in such areas as creative financing, tax considerations, form of acquisition, and mutually beneficial terms to meet the needs of the buyer and seller. He works proficiently with sellers, buyers, lawyers, accountants, bankers and other professionals to successfully bring buyer and seller together in the sale of a business.

    Glenn was an owner of this business consulting firm for small and medium sized companies. Glenn analyzed all areas of a company's infrastructure making recommendations in needed areas. Recommendations included all facets of the company including; warehousing, sales and marketing, office procedures, accounting, customer service and human resources.

    A comprehensive overall report was prepared, working closely with company personnel. We would train as needed, providing procedural, technical manuals and sales catalogs to assist the company. It was necessary to arrange for shipping of products which included trucking and rail thus enhancing the overall customer support.
